Crew Calendar — Terms of Service

Crew Calendar (the “Service”) is provided by S2 Technical (“we,” “us,” “Provider”). By creating an account and using the Service, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Crew Calendar is a shared scheduling tool that lets a business and its staff request and approve time off and share special events. We provide it on an “as available” basis and may improve or change features over time.

2. Subscription, billing & trial

  • The Service costs $29.00 USD per month per business.
  • New businesses receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
  • After the trial, the subscription is month-to-month, renewing automatically every 30 days until cancelled.
  • Continued access to the Service is contingent on payment. If a payment fails or the subscription lapses, access may be suspended until payment is restored.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your account & data

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping PINs and accounts secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your business’s accounts. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, access other businesses’ data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, S2 Technical is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior three (3) months.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
